As a certified holistic health coach it is my pleasure to help busy professionals transition over to a plant based diet, achieve their health goals and begin healing their bodies naturally. I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I studied all major dietary theories and discovered no one diet fits all.

Here at Peace, Love and Light we focus on crowding out unhealthy foods and replacing them nutritious healthy ones.  We focus less on fat and calories and introduce a new way of looking at food.
