As a certified holistic health coach, it is my pleasure to help busy professionals transition over to a plant-based diet, achieve their health goals and begin healing their bodies naturally. I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I studied all major dietary theories and discovered no one diet fits all.

I will guide and support you through your transition into a plant-based diet that you will love!

Here we focus on crowding out unhealthy foods and replacing them nutritious healthy ones.  We focus less on fat and calories and introduce a new way of looking at food.
