Simple Green Juice

Try this yummy green juice! This will help with inflammation. Healing begins when you feed your body with the nutrients it needs.  Fruits and veggies provide the body with the fuel it needs.

Green-juice

Prep time: 5 minutes

Yields 1 or 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 3 celery stalks
  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • 1 Asian pear
  • 2 Swiss Chard leaves
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce
  • 2 turmeric root pieces (about 1-inch each)
  • ½ cup filtered water

Directions:

Run everything through the juicer. Stir in the water at the end.
