Anti-Inflammation Green Juice

This green juice is the perfect remedy for anti-inflammatory ailments.

celery juice

  • 3 celery stalks
  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • 1 Asian pear
  • 2 Swiss Chard leaves
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce
  • 2 turmeric root pieces (about 1-inch each)
  • ½ cup filtered water

Run everything through the juicer. Stir in the water at the end.

Makes 1 or 2 servings
