This smoothie is a great alternative for breakfast or a healthy snack. You can throw this smoothie together in minutes! The chia seeds help to add filling protein and fiber while the coconut flakes provide delicious flavor and healthy fats.

Yields: 2 smoothies
Ingredients:
- 2 cups blueberries (or sub for another berry- strawberries, or any kind you have. Frozen berries work great for smoothies and are also cheaper!)
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut flakes (unsweetened)
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk or coconut water
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 6 ice cubes
- (optional) a bit of vanilla extract or organic stevia extract to give it more flavor and sweetness if you’d like
Directions:
- Blend everything together and enjoy! Add more coconut on top if you’d like to garnish
