A Great Morning Water Routine

Start off by drinking a glass of warm water with lemon, apple cider vinegar and cayenne pepper. This simple and easy drink is amazing. Here are some of the awesome benefits you will reap by drinking this tonic first thing in the morning:

  1. Lowers cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
  2. Removes toxins.
  3. Lowers high blood pressure.
  4. Purifies the colon making it easier to absorb nutrients and improve digestion.
  5. Restores alkaline acid balance, which relieves problems with diets high in acid-producing foods.
  6. Helps break down fats, often resulting in weight loss.
  7. Lemon is a mucus buster.
  8. Detoxifies and feeds the liver
  9. Strengthens you immune system, therefore you get sick less
  10. You will have regular eliminations

  12. Boosts you metabolism

This should be consumed first thing in the morning on an empty stomach


  • 12 ounces of warm water. Be sure you do not use hot water.  Warm water only
  • Add the juice of half a lemon
  • Add 2 tablespoons of Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Dash of cayenne pepper
  • A teaspoon of honey if it’s to tart


  • Stir well and enjoy.
  • I recommend drinking this through a straw so your teeth are not exposed to the acid.

Wait 10-15 minutes after drinking this before you eat anything else
