Green Ginger Juice

Drinking a fresh-made green juice, is almost like receiving an infusion of vitamins, minerals, and enzymes because they go straight into your system without having to be broken down. Drinking a juice first thing in the morning can give you a natural energy boost without resorting to stimulants like coffee.  Try forming a green juice habit!

Yield: 3 1/2 cups

Ingredients

  • • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • • 1 large cucumber
  • • 1 1/2 celery stalks
  • • 2 large apples, seeded, quartered
  • • 2 cups loosely packed kale leaves
  • • 1 inch square piece ginger root (16 g, 0.6 oz)

Directions:

Run everything through your high speed blender and enjoy!
