Looking for a quick snack?
If you have children, please try a bowl of fresh fruit as an alternative to candy or fruit roll-ups. They are loaded with sugar or high fructose corn syrup! It’s time that we realize that these sugary snacks are causing more harm than one can imagine. The first part of healing is to acknowledge that the processed foods we are eating is causing sickness in the body. Secondly, one must begin to research the foods we’re consuming. Third, we must remove anything that does not serve our highest good as it relates to food.
Let’s start with a fresh bowl of fruit. This is a great alternative to the sugary candies and salty chips.
Ingredients:Strawberries, blueberries, seeded grapes, kiwi, mango, pineapples and bananas. You can add a little almond milk a dab of maple syrup and voila!
