This awesome kale salad pairs perfectly with a yummy black bean burger and baked sweet potato fries! Serve this salad as an appetizer until the main course.
Yield: 8 servings
- 1 head kale, shredded
- 1/4 red onion
- 1/4 head of red cabbage, shredded
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/8 cup filtered water
- sea salt, garlic granules and agave nectar, to taste
Toss salad ingredients in a bowl and set aside. In another bowl mix tahini dressing together. Drizzle dressing over your salad to your likening and enjoy.
