Yields: 1 serving
Ingredients:
- ¼ avocado
- 1 cup frozen peach slices or mangos
- ½ cup hemp or almond milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. flax meal
- 1 large kale leaf
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
Directions:
Place all the ingredients, in the order listed, in the blender. Let sit for 5 minutes. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Sprinkle with a little powdered ginger.
